No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any orders. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.
Exchange Policy (Damaged Items Only)
We only offer exchange in the case where the product received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item delivered
If your order meets any of the above conditions, you may request an exchange.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
- Clear proof (images/video) of damage must be provided
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:

- Share your order number and evidence of the issue
- Our team will review and approve the request
- Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the item
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will send a replacement item.
Exchange Limitations
- Exchanges are only applicable for the same product (subject to availability)
- If the same item is not available, store credit or an alternative may be offered
- Customers may be required to cover delivery charges for exchanges (if applicable)
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Size or fitting issues
- Minor color differences due to screen display
- Items purchased on sale or discount
