No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any orders. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.

Exchange Policy (Damaged Items Only)

We only offer exchange in the case where the product received is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item delivered

If your order meets any of the above conditions, you may request an exchange.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
  • Clear proof (images/video) of damage must be provided

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact our support team at support@zilverah.com or via WhatsApp
  2. Share your order number and evidence of the issue
  3. Our team will review and approve the request
  4. Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the item

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will send a replacement item.

Exchange Limitations

  • Exchanges are only applicable for the same product (subject to availability)
  • If the same item is not available, store credit or an alternative may be offered
  • Customers may be required to cover delivery charges for exchanges (if applicable)

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or fitting issues
  • Minor color differences due to screen display
  • Items purchased on sale or discount
